Why We Built This Site
Colorado's free Docket Search focuses on scheduled events, approved vendors supply real-time Registers of Actions, and the court clerk issues the official file and certified copies. Hinsdale adds an unusual routing issue because the Judicial Branch clerk and elected county clerk work in the same historic building but keep different records. We bring the verified contacts, search fields, fees, and request paths together without presenting any private database as the court's official record.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal court dockets and civil court dockets work in Hinsdale County
- Hearing settings: ways to check the court schedule and confirm a current date
- Case lookups: how to run a docket search by party or case number
- Official files: how court case records and certified papers are ordered
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Colorado court, clerk, or government agency. That creates firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Outside companies power search boxes shown on some pages. They control their own results, prices, privacy terms, and service. A paid signup reached through a tool may produce a referral fee that supports the resource. We do not control the provider's data or treat its result as an official Colorado court record.
